31/3/10: GA Capital provides term loan to Borders including Paperchase UK

GA Capital, a sister company of GA Europe and fellow subsidiary of Great American Group announced that it is to serve as the administrative agent on a $90m term loan facility to Borders Group (NYSE: BGP).  The $90m term loan facility which covers Paperchase UK, is part of a larger $700m senior secured asset-based credit facility.  Read the full Great American Group press release here.
